HeadStart Blackpool – creating a resilient Blackpool where young people see the difference, feel the difference and are the difference.

Are you looking for a new challenge and feel passionately about working alongside young people to build their resilience and watch them flourish and succeed in life?

We are looking for committed, hardworking and innovative individuals to work on the HeadStart Blackpool Programme and help us to change the lives of young people for ever.

HeadStart Blackpool is one of the Big Lottery’s strategic programmes aimed at improving mental wellbeing in young people, aged 10-16 years of age, increasing resilience and reducing the number that go on to develop mental ill health.

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate and experienced practitioners who have the skills and ability to engage with children and young people across the breadth of the HeadStart Programme, including the least heard, most vulnerable and marginalised groups of children and young people; to ensure that their views and experiences inform and influence decision making across the HeadStart Programme.
