Are you someone who has feels passionately that all children and young people deserve every opportunity to achieve and reach their full potential? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced practitioner to join our dedicated and professional team, all of whom are committed to providing long-term tailored support for local children and young people.

This is a part-time (30 hours per week) post is funded by a grant from the Tudor Trust for a period of 18 months.  Evening and Saturday working is standard.
