Other Training for Professionals

Aside from these particular events, Brook also offer a wide variety of training programmes. These look to equip professionals, parents and carers to support young people to live safe, healthy lives. I have attached the training for professionals flyer which lists all the topic and programmes we can deliver on.

The training has been designed to create a stimulating learning environment which encourages reflection, challenge, sharing of best practice and personal development. At the heart of our ethos is the knowledge that good quality training for those working with young people helps to counter health inequalities and improve the wellbeing of young people.

All training is underpinned by young people’s views, and will not only better equip professionals working with young people, but it will provide guidance and support on how to challenge discrimination connected to sexuality, race and disability.
